Con artists-BEWARE BEWARE-SCAM ARTIST. I used these guys to re do part of my roof this past week, and they totally botched the job. They quoted price using rain and ice shield, and didn't put it in. They destroyed brand new flashing around my chimney that had just been installed. There total incompatence caused a massive leak the day after in my living room ceiling. Arlington Roofing & Carpentry (Ernie Stocker) My experience: HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE-I am in the process to go to Small Claims Court to reclaim $600 that was taken from me without the job being completed as promised. I feel as if I was hoodwinked and robbed.The original project (started October 24, 2007) was to have my siding corners around the house reinforced, seal off a back porch awning and soffit corners from house sparrows. STAY AWAY! Arlington Roofing and Carpentry replaced my roof in 2003. In 2011 I discovered that water was seeping through the entire roof so that I must have it immediately replaced. My new contractor pointed out many significant mistakes they made that are causing disrepair. Arlington Roofing & Carpentry also replaced my windows in 2004, which will also have to be completely redone because of wrong size and installation mistakes that make them unsafe. What more can I say?
