The staff was friendly and very helpful! They got me in sooner than my original appointment due to the severity of my pain. Both Dr. Monford & the DA that was assisting her made sure I was comfortable and in NO pain. They were very sweet and patient, they even brought me a blanket when I got cold during my procedure! The whole staff is friendly and nice. They make you feel welcomed and always make sure you are taken care of. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Monford is very personable and passionate about what she does. It's evident every time I'm there. Both my kids like her and say she is funny and really nice. :) Every single staff member that I have come in contact with has been super sweet, helpful, and patient. I highly recommend checking into what Dr. Monford and her staff have to offer you!
