To be frank, the community at Tapestry Turfway (owned and operated by Arlington Properties) is poorly managed. Renting here was one of the worst decisions I've made in my adult-life. This is how my time with Tapestry Turfway ended. We were building a house prior to us signing a lease with them. During our walk through with Denise (leasing agent), we asked very pointedly what is the penalty for breaking the lease early, as we certainly would be, just had no hard date.
