My father-in-law spent 12 days at Wellbrooke. During his stay he fell twice, only one was documented, had one shower and had to ask for his medicine. No one will take responsibility for anything when you question why something was or wasn't done. The doctor who saw him within the first 24 hours he was there, spent maybe 10 minutes with him and changed 3 of his meds without notifying him or the family. 9/2018. Having terrible experience with our loved one. Understaffed. Attitudes. No team help. Feel swept under the rug. Some probs. 1.5 hr wait after button pushed, ants in room, two meals not served to our Father this week. We are doing all the care. Making bed. Assisting him to bathroom. Showers. Cleaning. Only great thing are the PT and Ot staff. Everything else a sham. A shame. Sad.

Life changes in the blink of an eye! My mom was always independent but age catches up and at 90, we found she couldn't be alone for long periods of time during the day. She came to the assisted living wing as a trial but she truly refers to this as her home now. The staff at every level is so amazing! They do not treat their work as a job but as a mission to provide joy to the residence in their care. I've worked in health care for 20 years, 10 as a therapist working with clients with dementia and tbi and I've never witnessed such disrespect as I have with Trilogy's West Lake Health Campus in Commerce. After 12 weeks of help caring for my mother in-law, they told us they felt she was too "busy" for them as she would not just "sit". Dads in long term assisted living. Was in bad shape after three months in hospital and rehabs. He can't walk now. Since being here he has gotten better and is surrounded by loving people he calls family. I am so greatful to all the people working there including the administration. They are truly caring and concerned about these men and women in their care.

Friendly caring staff and very professional too. PT got my wife back up and walking. Great location, environment, food, management, and staff made this a great sub acute rehab experience. Highly recommend Willows at Okemos! :)

Poor service. Went for rehabilitation after back surgery. Arrived in the evening over the weekend. I wanted something to eat and was the kitchen was closed and was told by staff they have no food. Asked for some pain medicine and was told they could not access my meds till and that Tuesday. REALLY! Would not recommend this place for anything... if you just have to go make sure you have family with you at all times. Also sent a written complaint to corporate office and they would not reply.
