He does care about those special owners ( the ones that like to spend $$$ ) On the website it claims that he works at Pet Med Emergency in Cordova (afterhours)...He doesn't. His staff consist of teenagers and young 20 somethings that could care less about doing their job and a receptionist that is on the verge of a nervous break down at any moment.
