Honestly, the rooms are nice and spacious. It's enough for one person to live in comfortably, and the common rooms are big enough to not have an issue with sharing space or being on top of each other. Having said that, there are a million issues. I have mold in my bathroom, there are holes in the walls from past tennants (to be expected), and none of their 'amazing accommodations' are worth it. Fix those key card scanners. They suck.
I signed a lease and was so exited to move here because of the proximity to campus and included utilities. It has been an awful experience. They will spring projects on you which will take away parking (which you will pay at least 100$ for) so you park on the streets of Greeley where there are known and REPORTED car thefts and break-ins. I haven't had A/C in my building because it keeps getting disconnected and they will not fix my stove because it would be a disadvantage to the other apartments in the building to have a new... read more
