I signed a lease and was so exited to move here because of the proximity to campus and included utilities. It has been an awful experience. They will spring projects on you which will take away parking (which you will pay at least 100$ for) so you park on the streets of Greeley where there are known and REPORTED car thefts and break-ins. I haven't had A/C in my building because it keeps getting disconnected and they will not fix my stove because it would be a disadvantage to the other apartments in the building to have a new... read more

My move in experience and the lack of professionalism from that was harrowing. Multiple issues with cleanliness and structural integrity that no one seemed to bat an eye at until potential conflict.
