I’ve tried calling both their local location and their corporate office many times this morning and can’t get ahold of anybody. Sent an email to their corporate explaining my disappointment with their lack of communication and asked them to cancel my membership. Received a call shortly thereafter...no apologies, just a message saying my membership was effectively cancelled. They haven’t posted any updates on their website, app, FB, nothing.
