This place is expensive af for 1980s apartments. Ridiculous. They think just because they put some cabinets and counter tops in they can charge same price as places 20 years newer. Single pane windows, you're electric bill will always be high, trash piling up, you cant get mail here you have to go to post office because they don't care to fix it. Pot holes cause flat tires but they don't care. Look into the company that owns this complex, all their properties are like this and they are all trash.
The management and staff at this property is outstanding. Nathalie was able to process my items and get me approved within 2 days, she was very clear, helpful, and friendly. I also met Felicity and she is also very kind and helpful. You can tell they work hard to make this property comfortable for residents. I did not end up moving here for personal reasons, but if you need a place to go they will welcome you with open arms! I truly admire the staff for that reason. Thank you Felicity and Nathalie! :)
‼️DO NOT MOVE HERE ! ‼️ROACH INFESTED RUN ! I been here since March it’s gotten worse over time , I’m moving out this weekend . If it wasn’t for the bugs I would stay .
My unit was roach infested and I was unable to rid the problem even with foggers and pest control. Roaches even fell in my food while I was cooking . Never has that happened to me in life and it has mentally traumatized me. Also my unit ran several days nonstop with maintenance saying that the air was good. Finally after my 3rd complaint it was fixed but the damage was already done to my energy bill.. Fortunately I was able to end my lease and move on. Couldn’t even tour apartment complex. Left multiple messages and used their call box which kept saying their line was in use. Why is your leasing office behind a fence that can’t be accessed for potential tenants? This was one of the few apartments I was considering but I won’t now. Kept me waiting for 15+ minutes after driving out here.
