Honestly , yall say what you want about the apartments but when they actually try to get it right you have to give credit where credit is due. Nathaly has always answered when I called, gave me the answers I needed, and fulfilled my request. The mail situation here has almost ruined my life. No issues directly w the staff other than the new girls look like she hates it here already. I've only been in this apartment 2 months and I've never got any mail. Post office is at this point encouraging us to call the new station and other outlets to get this resolved as it's been going on 7+ months. They do not have mailboxes and all of our mail is being returned. I've waited weeks and weeks for checks, doctors info, IRS documents, replacement debit cards etc. Now we get ... read more

This place is expensive af for 1980s apartments. Ridiculous. They think just because they put some cabinets and counter tops in they can charge same price as places 20 years newer. Single pane windows, you're electric bill will always be high, trash piling up, you cant get mail here you have to go to post office because they don't care to fix it. Pot holes cause flat tires but they don't care. Look into the company that owns this complex, all their properties are like this and they are all trash.
