This hidden gem took me in after my apartment was destroyed by the tornado in Covington , TN. I have been here 3 years now. Nice place and I feel safe living here. I’m grateful for Mrs.Danielle (manager) and Mr. Ricky (maintenance guy) for addressing minor concerns immediately! They keep up with inspections and replace ac unit filters on time. Mrs. Danielle cares about this community and the people who live here and I’m grateful to have her as my manager. My neighbors are caring and helpful. If they don’t see me within a certain timeframe they literally knock on my door to check in on me because they know I have health issues.
