Nice place and I feel safe living here. I’m grateful for Mrs.Danielle (manager) and Mr. Ricky (maintenance guy) for addressing minor concerns immediately! They keep up with inspections and replace ac unit filters on time. Mrs. Danielle cares about this community and the people who live here and I’m grateful to have her as my manager. My neighbors are caring and helpful. If they don’t see me within a certain timeframe they literally knock on my door to check in on me because they know I have health issues. My name is Karen Hood, I do not recommend Arlington Manor to ANYONE!!! The manager PattySandy has her picks, she allows tenets to lounge in her office all day long.patty also gossips about other tenets..... you ask how do I know?????? A fairly new tenant came to me and told me everything about me and my apt..... ummmmmmm and she wascorrect. She said PATTY told her.
