Excellent from start to finish. The sales person Mary was very helpful and courteous. Showroom was clean. Finance Manager was friendly and explained all options. Auto was clean and gas was full. Will Highly recommend

Both Sam and RJ made sure that I got the information I needed to make an informed decision. In addition, there was open and honest (refreshing) exchange of my needs and what Arlington Nissan could do to satisfy them. I believe I got a reasonably fair deal that was good for both parties. Further, Sam was great about answering my questions and even helping me one evening subsequent to the purchase when I was having trouble operating the voice phone system. Thank you.

I called Nissan while I was at work j.j and Alex were both helping me with my problem. I arrived at Nissan around 3:30 and they had all the papers and numbers ready that I needed. I wanted to stay in a SUV which I thought would be impossible but they made it possible. They are amazing and very friendly! I can't wait to go back in a couple years to upgrade!!! Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me. The most important part was that no one was overly pushy. I felt no pressure, but then I did come in there to buy a car, and I did get exactly what I wanted.

It was a good experience of buying the cars. Was able to drive a car out in 5 hours. They could have given a better deal in terms of price.

Excellent service and outstanding experience. Mark Jiles sold me on my car and he's the reason why I decided to get my car there. I was disappointed with the service department forgetting to call me about the sunroof. I waited over a week for them to call me and they didn't call me when Mark said they would. I had to call in to get the issue FINALLY looked at. Once that happened, the service was great.

I received two large floral arrangements in one day.. both had white and red roses. Within a few days they flopped and died. I called to inform the florist and their response was that some roses do that! I told them I never had roses die as quickly...they said well, that is the way it is . I told them I would never purchase flowers from them again. The response was "ok" and the woman hung up! Don't recommend a company that doesn't care what their customers think or about the quality of their product!
