I called Arlington Heights Florist to talk to someone at the shop to design a special arrangement for a friend (and willing to pay over $100 to make it extra special). The arrangement was mediocre at best (comparable an arrangement they advertise for $30). It did not contain the flowers I requested and arrived with roses in full bloom (which means that this arrangement will not last more than a day). Over the phone and on-line buyers beware: felt like I was taken for a ride.

The atmospher was very friendly. All members of Arlington Nissan dealership were willing to help us. We had great experience that totally satisfied our needs. We will recomend Arlington Nissan to our friends.

The purchase experience went very well. My sales advisor test drove two vehicles with me to better help decide what I wanted to purchase. Then we made a deal on the vehie and he showed me everything in the car while we were waiting on finance and then we signed all the paperwork and took the car from there. My sales advisor Esteban was excellent, if I ever need to buy a car again I would go straight back to him.

Everyone was very helpful. I know it can be a long day and not sure that could have been helped, but being there 4 hours is my only real complaint. The cost of my certified used car was an awesome deal that I was and am very pleased with!

Excellent and easy. Viktor is a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. JJ was likewise friendly and helpful. I hope to use this dealership in the future and look forward to oil changes and car washes at the dealership when needed. I am happy with the Nissan Brand and its quality and value.

Very positive. Felt Jeff in the service department was very nice and helpful. Mary, in the sales department, was very knowledgable about the products. She was very patent as we test drove the cars.

I offered specific funds and she offered a few vehicles. We reached and agreement and I left with a new car. It was fun. This is my second purchase from this dealer.

I'm very much impressed with the way Norman treated us and also the finalizing the deal. Not like other dealers irritating with multiple negotiations. Really I bought the car for his treatment to us. I also specially want to thank the finance manager 'yegor Azarov' he is very much helpful in understanding the finance terms and warranty. A big thanks to both of them.

When we returned to the store the service was excellent and I had the impression they were doing everything to help out with the purchase. We left with the vehicle and have been happy with it and the service we received since.
