I have no issues with the apartment as a whole other than the hair thin walls. You definitely hear your neighbors. Most of the tenants are quiet and well kept. The biggest turn off is the manager by far. She is not pleasant whatsoever and, basically tells you how to live your life. She makes it very known she can come into your apartment 24/7 without reason. Just leaving here after 6 months with a bad taste in my mouth.
I have a friend that lives here and it's a really nice complex. No loud neighbors or loud vehicles driving through the parking lot. It's pretty quiet for being on a busy street in town.
People are people I get along with everyone sometimes we all have off days but overall I really like this place.
Amazing management !! Laura was really helpful ! She processed my paperwork quickly and she communicated everything accurately. And the place was clean and safe and looked new!
Property manager Laura was amazing in helping me get settled in to an apartment! Quiet area, with tons of parking!
