The place is great: the office is cozy; the receptionist (Ella) is outgoing and treats you like a long-time-no-see relative; the hygienist (Liz) is very thorough, knowledgeable and sweet; and Dr. Ozturk is simply awesome! It is so nice to feel that you can trust your doctor - in terms of his skills, professional judgement, non-pushy treatment approach. I would strongly recommend this office!
Dr. Ozturk and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have the utmost confidence in the care he and his hygienists provide, and the office atmosphere is very pleasant and clean, with nice amenities such as chilled bottled water, tea, magazines, etc. Calming nature documentaries are always playing on the flatscreens in every room, which is helpful for the patient who may not enjoy dental visits. I am so glad my co-worker recommended Dr. Ozturk to me a couple years ago.
Helpful, friendly and personal
Generally I've been very pleased with this dentist office, the staff are very friendly and professional, do a good job with cleanings, fillings, etc. I sometimes think the dentist over diagnose cavities and do fillings that are not entirely necessary, but that's a difficult thing to judge. I've generally been happy with them but am considering getting a second opinion on my recent x-rays to see whether or not I really need the work they are recommending.
Very helpful, friendly staff and doctor. Highly recommended.
So far the best best Dental treatment I have had after many years in Arlington area , everyone extremely friendly , professional, top knowledge , I personally highly suggest the Arlington Family Dental Center to anyone , thanks again for being so nice, helpful and wonderful service .
