The practice goes above and beyond to make patients feel like family. I got an email Happy Birthday this year which I though was a nice touch.
I went to Arlington Family Dental Center for a wisdom tooth removal with an enormous fear of what awaits me and what would happen after the surgical operation. These lasted until I met my doctor, Dr. Serdar Ozturk. He removed the broken, long time decayed tooth within seconds (YES, within seconds!) with zero pain, without breaking the tooth (which many doctors I saw before going there said they would, since the tooth was in a very bad condition). Had a cleaning with Liz. She was amazing. Extremely competent and professional while at the same time personable. She was very attentive and careful. Explained every step in detail and put me totally at ease. Highly recommend.
This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Oz is knowledgeable, caring, and hilarious...as is his office manager and dental hygienists Ella! The office is impeccably clean and everyone is warm and welcoming. I love it there so much that even after I move to NC in a month, I’ll be coming back twice a year for my cleanings :)
Best dental experience I have ever had from start to finish! Ella was warm and inviting when I walked in the door. Liz was gentle and let me know exactly what she was doing.
