RecommendedBeautiful swimming pools ( not now, it’s snowy ), wonderful paths to stroll past ponds and creek (this was once a golf course), and plenty of parking spaces. Our unit is an upstairs ( own entrance) one bedroom, vaulted ceiling. Maintenance guys respond quickly to problems ( our garbage disposal died). Pretty buildings, ours got a new roof last summer. There are apartments for less, but this is really Gucci.
I highly recommend Arlington Club Apartments. I lived here for several years- each year I thought I would move closer to my job, but decided to renew my lease because of how great of an experience I continued to have. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help me with anything, from holding a package for me while I was out of town to sending maintenance out to fix anything I needed. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Can’t wait to move out. No common courtesy. Don’t expect communication to ever go as planned. If you want an idea of their “snow removal” here it is. 10 am on a Sunday, two days after it snowed and our cars are stuck. Currently waiting on maintenance ONCE AGAIN. This is all ice.
Lived here for a year and loved every minute of it. Like any older apartment we had a few issues, but the maintenance staff (Tom in particular) was on top of it every time. The best example I have is when our AC unit went out and he brought over fans until the heating/cooling company could come replace it. Great little neighborhood and we loved taking our dog on walks through the nature path. Patricia, in the office, was our go to for any questions we had. Would have stayed here if we stayed in Illinois.
Get new management! Because who thy have now sucks!
For the cost, units are fair in size and in a great community. Service requests are worked on in a timely manner. Apartments could be better insulated in the winter.
Friendly staff. Love the pool. Very fast responses to work orders. Great mile run around the neighborhood!
After 4 years living here we are very happy. Love the summer days at the pool. Friendly neighbors and nice neighborhood, one thing tho after 4 yrs here we would appreciate more upgrades in our apartment.
My husband & I love living at Arlington Club Apartments. The staff is awesome. We've only had to call for a couple issues, & maintenance was right on it. The pool is great, and they have many events for the residents. The area is safe "as safe can be", and many advantages-such as free summer concerts, community center, etc.
