That’s really good place for me and my family. Very comfortable and silent place. Best school district and Playground ;) Very friendly staff
We have been living here for almost 2 years and it’s a great community. The pools are nice. We didn’t use them much but have wanted to go in the hot tub since moving in and it’s never been repaired. The apartments can get pretty cold in the winter as the windows are not the greatest- they don’t hold in much heat. All in all it’s a pretty good starter place to live before getting a house.
Beautiful home with amenities, friendly staff and highly maintained environment. Best community. Highly recommended.
I've been at Village Green 11 years. My son Scot, lived here for 6 years, and I soon followed. I was at Bourbon square for 15 years and everyone was great. Same thing here at Village Green. The managers, office staff, and maintenance have always been very friendly and helpfull. They always go above and beyond my expectations. They are proactive about replacing things without having to be asked, and requests are comleted in a timely manner. Thank you Hank, Dale and Tony, and again the office staff have been great. The apartments at arlington club apartments are very well maintained. Each apartment has its own entry which gives it an individual home feeling. Leasing office staff members are very nice and friendly. Maintenance team is very nice and prompt. Snow cleaning during snow days is very good which makes it very easy to commute during snow days. It would be great if the club house was bigger in size which could accomodate 50 people gathering and if there could be some indoor games like pool table/ table tennis which can be an add... read more
Maintenance and leasing agents are awful. We called numerous times and emailed about our parking lot and side walk not being salted. It snowed Thursday and the lots weren’t somewhat plowed until the following Tuesday night... they claim the snow crew was not scheduled to work that weekend... after a snow storm. Never heard of that. I was going to wait to write this review, but this is the only way they’re hearing the complaints now.
