Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Has this radiologist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time How would you compare this radiologist to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this radiologist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Does this radiologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Are you going to visit this radiologist again? Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this radiologist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this radiologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
