I spent almost no time in the waiting room. They were able to get me in immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes
Completely ignored me and despite the fact that I signed in immediately, they completely overlooked me and did not apologize to me or even speak to me pleasantly after they realized they had forgotten about me. Furthermore, my appointment was scheduled for 8 AM and no one from the entire waiting room had been seen by the time I left a 9:10 AM (How do I know? Because all the other patients who had been in the waiting room with me were sitting in the locker room in gowns when I was finally brought to the back).

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this radiologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
