Talked to someone named Mia or Mai. All I can say the worst coustomer service I've expirenced in my entire life. I'm glad i did not take the time to personally come to the company and order in person. Just like everyone else I called to asked for a quote, since the sizes were small, I had my mind set on buying them but I still wanted to ask for a quote to see if I was getting rip off or not. the lady "Mai" is a very disrespectful person. she literally told us we were waisting her time by asking questions about the door prices. very unprofessional for a business. they don't want to sell! don't recommend for anyone to go to this place. there are several other glass door places very close to this place. they r much nicer and the quality of material is much better too! real wood not compressed wood!
