Unfortunately our rental experience with Arkham was uncomfortable and not up to standards. Upon moving in the house was said to be inspected which we waited for almost 3 weeks after signing the lease. Tub faucet fell off within 48 hours of us moving in and it was reinstalled twice. Busted down blinds unlevel flooring. Unit was not sanitized dog hair everywhere fridge was dirty dog hair in there as well.
