Shantel is probably one of the worst workers there. Very rude and does not know how to communicate. She needs to work from home where she does not have to deal with many people.

It's a very lovely place to work at it's the DON Shantel that That doesn't know how to talk to her employees and we are the ears and eyes of that place but she makes it very difficult to work there her attitude needs to be adjusted and she needs to be removed she's very unprofessional and has been put out of several nursing homes she puts on this smile like she's professional when she knows she is un-professional a lot of good workers have left there because of her And she have her nurses that's over the CNAs in the homes li... read more

Beautiful place . Wonderful residents , worked as a CNA the DON Chantelle created a very hostile work environment I’ve never felt in my career as a CNA/nursing . I don’t see how she’s the DON still , she’s made lots of people uncomfortable and talks to people as if they are less than . Other than that a beautiful place nonetheless. If you are a CNA beware of Chantelle , dozens of people told me how abusive she is but I didn’t listen and wanted to give the woman a chance of course . This facility is a wonderful facility to work at the work is fairly easy. The resident/patients are amazing people to work with the environment is amazing but the Director of nursing is a horrible lady to work with she is very rude. Her attitude is disgusting. She tries to be little people. They’re all about clicks out there, not about the job and making sure the patients are taking well care of.
