Needed Htg/AC in Russellville. Just moved here after year ago and didn't have any sources for the home. I read reviews for AR River Valley heat/ac and found mostly great reviews. So I called and made appt. The repair tech showed up on time. Checked system out to give me info i didn't have. Found the age and type of system. He cleaned the outside unit inside and out. When you own a home, especially an older home, it seems there’s always something that needs attention. This month it was my air conditioner which suddenly stopped cooling, even though it sounded like it was still running. My son told me he thought he had used Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air in the past and commented they had excellent online reviews. About 8 years ago we had this company install a new heating and cooling system. The system works flawlessly. We recently had to call to have service to it due to a pest damaging a part on the outside unit. The technician was out to repair it within the hour and had repaired the problem in only 10 -15 minutes. They are honest, dependable, and reasonably priced! If I could give them 6 stars I would.
