Not to bad , my kids see a wonderful DR. However only complaint I have with the clinic is it takes almost 30 minutes just to pick up to schedule appointments.
Dr. Sarah Bone has been my kids provider for years. I absolutely LOVE her. I havent had any issues with this clinic or her. Dr.Bone answers all of my questions and concerns she is very knowledgeable. Unsure why this clinic has such a low rating. Any issues I have she always has a solution.
This office is petty and lies. I have an appointment for my kids school and been waiting for them to email for 4 days now and I call every day. Still no medical records. Thanks so much for being petty and karma is for people like you !
Just left the Maumelle clinic. Had three kids scheduled for flu shots did get there a few minutes late. However, Had to check out three kids from three different places and was rushing to get there. Got here at 405 pm appointment was at 400pm. Waited till 505 pm a for just a nurse visit. Still never called. We finally just had to leave. Very rude staff and kids had to use the bathroom two times.
