This office is petty and lies. I have an appointment for my kids school and been waiting for them to email for 4 days now and I call every day. Still no medical records. Thanks so much for being petty and karma is for people like you !
Just left the Maumelle clinic. Had three kids scheduled for flu shots did get there a few minutes late. However, Had to check out three kids from three different places and was rushing to get there. Got here at 405 pm appointment was at 400pm. Waited till 505 pm a for just a nurse visit. Still never called. We finally just had to leave. Very rude staff and kids had to use the bathroom two times. We have been going to this clinic for nearly 7 years now, and have to agree with many of the others that this clinic treats patients like a money factory. The first question they ask when you walk in, is not hi how are you doing today? It’s how are you paying. They could take a course in personal relationship building, because they are seriously lacking in that area.
