I’ve been going to Dr. Butch for 4 years and never had a problem, until today. There was a new girl working the front counter and my babysitter fell through so I brought my kids with me. She was hateful and condescending, told me that my kids(ages 4 and 7) would need to stay unattended in the foyer while I was seen in the back. I love er Garlapadi and dr saint. Don’t care much for the PAs that are there. I tried to get my appointment scheduled for when I wouldn’t be sick but was told by the appointment line to try and go in anyway. I was treated really well but I let the check in assistant know I was battling a cold and would wait outside until my appointment. After waiting 45 minutes to PA came out, handed me my appointment for two months from now. I asked bout the surgeon wanting the shots in my back done before she sees me.
