The nurse for Dr. Metrailer was very rude to me on the phone. If he didn’t want me for a patient he doesn’t have to worry. She made it pretty clear that I needed to go somewhere else.

Dr. Cash has taken care of my son since he was a toddler. My son is 9 years old now, and we still entrust Dr. Cash to handle our son's needs. He's always been thorough and makes sure my husband and I understand the issues and treatment options. I highly recommend him!
The entire staff was the best. Dr Cash made me feel at ease & explained everything in my language. Dr Hutson via hearing test was great also. Now here's hoping the meds work!
Dr. Cash was very accommodating to my issue. Very professional and took time to talk to me and listen to me and answer any and all questions I had. Was somewhat apprehensive due to some negative reviews I read but my experience was very pleasant. Would most definitely see him again should the need arise.
Dr Cash was very nice and so was the staff as well as the Dr Audiologist (forgot his name)... I would recommend this office!!
