They will over charge you. Not allow your wife to go in the room with you to have work done she has to say in the lobby. They will tell you that some teeth need work when other teeth that are worse off they will not touch and they will not tell you this. They do not care about the patients feelings or anything else. They do not go over the exact cost of crowns just that it will cost this then you find out later that it will be at least double what they told you. I have had nothing but problems with AR Dentistry and Braces! The day my daughter had her braces put on the dentist himself did nothing but make sure the hygentist put the braces on correctly. They require auto-draft on the remaining out of pocket amount after insurance and a $300 deposit. I set that up and the following month comes and they do not draft my account nor do they call to explain why. They will never answer the phone or call you back. if you need an appointment or to move an appointment its like a full time job to track someone down.
