I went in to shoot my new firearms and first of all you cant pick up your own brass which sucks because I reload my own amo. And the big thing that made me upset was when they came in the range and they told us to rack our slides back and take the clips out and stand behind the yellow line. 2 of my weapons don't have a slide lock. So one of the guys came and TOUCH MY WEAPONS AND MADE SURE THEY WERENT LOADED (which they werent loaded). No one touches my weapons but me. I will never come back.
I am not going to go into a discussion on what happened. I had my gun clean-up yesterday and at some point today had minor questions; so called to today. 100% situation taken care of in 2 min and the problem was 100% on my side. Just first class dealing with these guys!!!
Wife got a Glock 43 here. We did their 10 for 10 to try out several guns for conceal carry. We came several different days because it was an investment. Spoke with different people each day. Everyone we spoke to was super helpful from picking the right gun to the right holster. This is an amazing place to do business with where you don’t field pressured only helped.

I called before I went to get prices and just ask what protocol was in general. I went up there. Watched a safety video and did a small amount of paperwork and was shooting within 15 minutes and I was a first timer at Arkansas Armory. The staff was extremely friendly, eager to help and answer any questions I had. I will not be shooting at any other local range.
