Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist ( Gaby ), she will insult you and call you stupid for free.
Dr. Massen is so caring, compassionate, and intuitive. He is treating my elderly mother and has so much respect and kindness toward my aging mother. I am so happy to have found such a special doctor who really takes time for his patients. His attention to her needs is a rare quality and Dr. Massen is a rare doctor.
I would not recommend/consider him a qualified practitioner,he was blantly rude, sexist, self impressed. Asked me inappropriate questions, did not preform a physical examination even a nurse would do on any patient assigned to them. Ordered unnecessary xrays from an archaic radiology practice the machine need have been banned as it is likely emitting an overabundance of radiation. I am a medical professional, I didn't share that information, rude man,refused give pain med. Felt anxious/unsafe
