Dr.Pirner is the most caring doctor I know! She makes sure to take the time to care for and get to know all of her patients! She uses gentle procedures to treat! She has helped my back and neck so much!

I have been going to Ark Valley for 8 year's. Dr. Janie is the best. She honestly pays attention to you and your environment. She's got me out of some very rough spots. My family loves her too!
