This is our first storage unit. We called this morning and spoke with Carrie and...just like that....we've got a unit. Carrie was more than helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service. She walked us through the process, gave us the pros and cons of all the different units and locations, explained the insurance, and the security and everything we didn't even know to ask about.
