Competent staff, safe and affordable travel. Who would not like being in a 36 foot RV for a long trip? They provide the groceries requested, TV, DVD players, full bathroom and kitchenette, dinette, rocker recliner and couch, not to mention full bedroom in back with an adustable bed if required. I was hesitant to allow my mother to go from one end of the state of Florida to the other as she has multiple health issues including dementia. I was very satisfied with the service we received, the medical staff, and also the fact that they allowed 2 family members to ride along. ( Must sign a waiver of liability unless you are the client) They usually only allow one. They had all equipment necessary to board my mother safely, and were extremely attentive to both her and us. I recently used ark medical transport to visit my friends over the holiday season. There are many mile transport was actually quite comfortable on their mattress pad. I am very glad to used medical service from you. I am very thankful to you.

My name is Ruth P from Pasadena Ave on St Pete Beach and this company has it all. I am safe, secure, and on time. Would recommend this company for any transport. Always friendly, always helpfk. I do know they have sedan, wheelchair, and stretcher transport availability 24/7. Contact - I have dealt with Mali and she seems quite capable - and knowleadgable about client needs.

Twice I was late being picked up, but made the appts on time. they did call to say they were running a few minutes late, and that the dr office was aware and would see me when I got there. I have used this company for almost a year and would not consider another - their drivers remeberwho you are, and are alway friendly even if I am in a bad mood. I do think they should bring bottled water for us though. ( Bet they will now)

Fast and reliable medical transport service. I handle my entire family Mother in law's medical arrangements. I have found it quite complicated to find a professional transport company for the right price, until I found Ark medical transport company. The price is in my family's budget and my Mother in law loves them. I would most certainly recommend this company!
