A long time patient. Lovely people and excellent efficient sensitive care
The doctor himself is good and did a good job, but Jami, the assistant/admin/front desk person is a disaster, mean and very unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment for dental cleaning, she refused to make an appointment for me, unless I provide my insurance information right then. I didn't have my insurance card handy, so I had to call back again to provide the info. Which makes you think if they insist so hard on getting the insurance info, then they work with insurance. She never once said that they don't work... read more
Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Raoufinia and his team are. They consistently go above and beyond with any of my dental needs and were always able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule when it mattered the most. Going to the dentist is not something you usually look forward to, but I genuinely look forward to coming in their office and seeing Dr. Raoufinia.
