Not sure where to start with this company. First off, stay far away from this company. They can’t even do a simple install. I had Dukes of Air come out to do a full install at my house on January 15th, 2024. The first crew that came out were nice. I left them to it and went to work. After they were done with the install, I came home to finish the paperwork. That is when I started noticing things right away that didn’t look right. My Dukes of Air experience has made me feel like I've been run over with a steam roller, not once, but by thrice. It started with *****, their sales representative, who I believe understood I was in a bad spot living in ******* with no conditioning. My unit was old, and it was recommended to just replace the entire thing all-together. I was told the whole project would cost a little under $12K. Justin and Tony came over to replace a part on our Tran a/c today. They were both professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced the part, made sure the app worked on my phone before they left. Nice to have such qualified employees and also have really great personalities. Thank you guys so much.

Ive used Arizonas Dukes of Air for maintenance of an older unit and the installation and maintenance of a newer unit that they installed. Ive been very pleased with their work and their workers. Everyone has been knowledgeable and sought to do great work at a very reasonable rate. Ive recommended them to family because Ive been so impressed.
