Not sure where to start with this company. First off, stay far away from this company. They can’t even do a simple install. I had Dukes of Air come out to do a full install at my house on January 15th, 2024. The first crew that came out were nice. I left them to it and went to work. After they were done with the install, I came home to finish the paperwork. That is when I started noticing things right away that didn’t look right. Justin and Tony came over to replace a part on our Tran a/c today. They were both professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced the part, made sure the app worked on my phone before they left. Nice to have such qualified employees and also have really great personalities. Thank you guys so much.
We have used Dukes of Air for the last couple of years. We have been very happy with their service. Yesterday I came home to a very hot house. The blower was running but the air was not cool. I called them at 6 pm and they had a technician out by 1. They even called me in the morning to say that they could come earlier than my scheduled time. The technician, Justin was friendly and very thorough. We will continue to use Dukes if Air because they are trustworthy and competent. -Laura M
Dukes are always on time. I have not met a technician that was not polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. The office staff is just as friendly and efficient as the technicians. This is a great business.
My spring HVAC check up with Arizona Dukes of air was this morning. Tech Kalem was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions. He found and showed me a problem explaining what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He then completed the repair and explained what he had done. He was very thorough and made sure I understood completely. I highly recommend Arizona Dukes of Air! Great staff reliable company,

A week ago, I would’ve highly recommended this company. After my most recent experience with them, I highly DO NOT recommend this company and after my conversation with Patrick I now feel the need to share my story. On Monday, I woke up to my AC not working. Very stressful situation here in the state of Arizona.
