Very unprofessional and close minded..He refused to treat me even though I confirmed that he would in his office..I drove to his office for nothing and told him so..I went to another Urologist two days later and he not only treated me in his office but confirmed Jain's diagnosis was wrong...Do yourself a favor and stay away ..

I have ins. and needed to see a Urologist as fast as possible as I was in pain. My insurance has a limited list of urologists-most have a long wait for a 1st appt. I picked Dr Jain because I could see him soonest. I made appt. and received call back that because I had not met my ins. ded., I would be treated as having no ins. and have to pay $201.00 for appt. According to my Ins. Co their contracted fee for my appt. was only $118.00. I told off. manger but they refused to accept that amount.

i was not happy at all he did not explain the treatment very well i will not have it done

Was to schedule outside biopsy in his office told me how important it was to do but he failed to setup the time and date, Did blood tests prior and stated the highest importance that this be done because I have very high risk of cancer ! Bottom line he failed to setup appointment and does not practice what he says he feels on the cancer centers of america Page ! June 28th was my day , Now just waiting till he gets back from vacation he knew he stated but did not care .

First of all, the staff is incompetent. From scheduling an appointment, to scheduling the surgery, to scheduling aftercare. Time and time again being disconnected, the inattentiveness and apathetic girl who schedules surgery, the 10.00 'fee' for processing a disability claim.....all make this a terrible choice for a physician. Now, let me get to Dr Jain. STAY AWAY from this aloof, inattentive physician!

Competent doctor. Just doesn't spend a lot of time with patients. Does not spend the time to make the patient understand everything that is going on or answer a lot of questions. I had surgery and everything went well so that was good. Competent doctor just not the best bedside manner.
