Dr Jain's office and Arizona Urology do not return calls. It is very difficult to speak with anyone and you can only scheudle follow up on line. Then they cancel your scheduled on line follow up to have a stint removed and move the date out to 3 weeks, when they told you to see him again in 2 weeks. They are not very professoinal!
My experience with Dr. Jain is favorable, but the office staff is horrible. The scheduling department is unavailable and unresponsive. Can never get a live person on the phone. Phone mailboxes are always full so you can not leave a message. No return phone calls. I am changing to a new physician. Months of delay in getting a procedure scheduled causing me months of dealing with severe pain. Unacceptable service.
Received wrong information at appointment, went for blood draw and wrong diagnosis so not covered by Medicare and this happened twice!
Never actually met Dr Jain, only his office staff in Prescott. But he did decide I needed surgery, but not in Prescott near my home. Rather expected me to be in southern Maricopa County at 6:30 a.m. for surgery. And I waited two weeks after ER visit to learn Dr Jain does no surgery in Prescott. Wasted a lot of weeks.
After I had tests doctor was scheduled to talk with me about results. Instead he had a med asst call and tell me cancer had spread to my bones and nodes. The MA could not answer any of my questions. So if you are not a surgery prospect you will be switched to low knowledge worker in the office.
He was very kind and patient. Explained everything in detail that I was able to understand.
Dr. Jain does seem to care about his patient’s problems. I had a 3 minute 30 second visit with him and told him one of my symptoms and he said I had xxx. He didn’t even let me finish telling him the other symptoms. He prescribed the medics and the visit was over. Needless to say his diagnosis was incorrect be I’m still having the issue. I wouldn’t recommend him.
Terrible experience, entire staff was so unhappy and rude. They are more focused on harassing people about wearing a face mask than they with caring for the patient in front of them. Will never go back!
please find diifferent doctor if you can because they will make you feel they dont care about you and you are on your own.
