We scheduled AZ. Trademasters to come to our home though our home warranty company.We were told we had to be home from 10AM to 1. I made a special effort to be home at that time. No one EVER showed up or called. At 2:30, I received a text telling me the appointment was cancelled. I wasted my day and am very upset about this company's lack of respect for it's customers.
Air Conditioner went out on Fri pm at 5p. Sent a request to American Home Shield for repair. American Home Shield sent us Arizona Trade Masters on Sat am at 8a with their contact. Telephoned Arizona Trade Masters at 8:30 a on Sat. AZ Trade Masters said a tech would be out between 10a through 1p. At 10:15a tech, Josh, knocked on door. HVAC repaired and running in an hour. Would highly recommend.
THE WORST! Unreliable. They do not return phone calls! They could care less if your A/C works. 5 DAYS WITHOUT A/C - they came out 1 time & then would not call me back OR FINISH THE JOB!!! 5 days of no help!!! THE WORST!!!
