Leonard came out to take a look at my 26 year old unit that was stopping intermittently. Arizona Trade Masters was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and in my experience the problems traced back to the owner. Their scheduling was mishandled so badly that it created a chain reaction of avoidable problems. The technician did not even have the full address because the owner failed to enter the complete information into their own system. That alone says a lot about how this company is run. Tom and the AZ Trade Masters team did a great job in installing our new Trane HVAC system. This is the second system we had installed by AZ Trade Masters, great company with superior service. Highly Recommend.

This company was called by the home warranty. I was told it was down 2 pounds of freon but there was no leak which was odd as I just had it looked at 2 weeks ago. They told me I needed to pay 600 + dollars over what the home warranty would pay. I refused as it didn't make sense and I called a different company. It is now repaired and had absolutely nothing to do with freon. Shisters.. do not trust.
