Leonard came out to take a look at my 26 year old unit that was stopping intermittently. Arizona Trade Masters was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and in my experience the problems traced back to the owner. Their scheduling was mishandled so badly that it created a chain reaction of avoidable problems. The technician did not even have the full address because the owner failed to enter the complete information into their own system. That alone says a lot about how this company is run. I had a great experience with Leonard and the team. They installed a brand-new AC unit in my condo in December. I haven’t been able to test its full capacity yet since it’s still winter, but I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs in the summer. I had my 11 year old A/C unit checked for the second time and their service and response is way above average. Could not have had a nicer man in my home. I highly recommend ATM to look after your unit
