Had some initial issues with the tile I ordered and to what was delivered. But they made it right. Also, nothing is in stock, lead time is 3-5 days, so plan for it.

She knows the product well, replies quickly to my emails, and greets me with a positive attitude when I come in. I was feeling discouraged making all the decisions for a total kitchen redo when I walked into Arizona Tile. What an amazing store; they had lots of choices and the displays made it easy to see how the products looked in when actually installed.
