This is how a company should work. They came out , gave an estimate, which was very reasonable. We scheduled an appt. Showed up on time, did what they said they would in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. I chose to go with the 6yr warranty plan. If I sell my house I already have the termite warranty. Plus, the warranty can transfer to the new owners. After 6yrs. you can renew @ $150.00 per yr. Excellent company to do business with.
