Extremely happy with service. Professional, efficient and customer service was exceptional. Very thorough in checking inside and outside of house. Found additional termite areas that were missed by another company. Explained how termites invade your home and the product used to treat areas. Answered all questions and if we had any additional questions to call them. Price was reasonable.
Very thorough-found 2 other termite areas that were active that another company missed. Responded quickly. Explained the difference between termidor products that he uses and other products from lower quoted companies I had out for estimates. Did not see quality of work being done as I was not present.
Quick to respond, had the job done in just a few days. Friendly and efficient!
They came out promptly and came out when they said they would be out here. However when they came out they came at 8:00am in the morning and were blasting their music very loudly in what is typically a very quite neighborhood and disrupted my neighbors and embarrassed me in front of them. The Price was average and matched the other quotes I got. I did have a great experience with the estimator though. Other than the negative bits I mentioned it was a good experience.

Hello Julia, just wanted to apologize for the loud music from my technicians. They did notify me that morning when they arrived that you were disturbed by the excessive noise. A morning talk radio show they were listing to switched to Music and they did tell me it was louder than they expected. We will work better to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Very professional. Very easy to work with. The owner himself came and he was very straight forward and pleasant. The cost was what I expected.
The inspector was very pleasant, knowledgeable and he explained everything to us as he did his job and answered all our questions
Work quality is unknown as I was not there at the service call. They answered the phone and were responsive and knowledgeable. I researching termites on-line and called 3 companies asking questions. ATS used the #1) best product, had given the #2) best service, they sent me an #3) email quote and the #4) price was the best. Important to me in that order.
