Didn’t even get to the first appointment. We called the day before to make sure everything was a go for the Friday appointment. Only got to the recorded answering. We left a detailed message ; never received a call back. Drove from Quartzsite to LHC, had to call for directions, at that point we were told that the appointment was scheduled for the following Friday. We said “no no no”, it is today. Then we were told the doctor had an emergency and we would have to reschedule. FAT CHANCE! Horrible customer service, sure wouldn’... read more
This office is terrible. They load chairs and keep people waiting way too long. I waited over 1:45 mins and still not get seen. Just a move grab outfit.
