AZ Restoration was responsive and came out right away for water damage due to a waterline leak that had damaged drywall, insulation, baseboards, etc. They setup containment, dehumidification, floor protection, and got going to demo out the impacted area. Tim was in regular communication, documented, photographed, and kept everything on track with insurance and the restoration project. Tim is diligent, professional and just a good person. You can trust him. Tim was referred to me by my plumber when I had a drywall screw puncture a pin hole in the PEX hot water line behind my bathroom wall. Thank goodness we caught it in 24-48 hours after it happened. Tim explained everything step by step and worked through my insurance company so I never had to make a phone call to them. Best thing is Tim and his crew are super neat. Obviously, I hope I never have another leak like this, but if I do, Tim will get the call.
