They do what they get paid to do. They manage my property without major issues with the tenants or me. I would recommend this company to anyone whose is managing their property on their own. The get it rented quickly! They have all the rental legal documents. They deal with the tenant calls. They do all the financial transactions and tax forms. They save me so much time it is unbelievable. I highly recommend!

We will never use this company again,ac unit went out in the middle of summer and it took them several days for them to get someone out to repair. We had to sleep at a hotel. Also ac drip pan development a leak and water started to leak in to the house. I had to unclog the line so that it could flow outside. Pan was full of roofing material that clogged up and wouldn't allow water to flow properly, this caused the pan to rust. They sent their service guy out to look at it but he said that it needed to be replaced. I never he... read more
