Checked in for a mammo at 11:23 (not at 11:15) for an 11:30 appt. At 1:10 I left... Appointment was made a month ago. At an hour, I was told they were running behind. At least 20 people came in, had their test done and left in that time. Why was I treated so poorly? There is no excuse for a 90 minute wait, except INCREDIBLE incompetence. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Check out my Yelp review.
I was able to get in quickly & they were very efficient
good customer service and have a pretty good system to move people alone who are waiting. Once I got to go in for the actual xray the technican was courteous, kind and followed a timely procedure for the xray. Always felt safe and respected.

Very professional and efficient
I Made an appointment for a mammogram at 8:30 am (opens at 8). Did not get the test until 10am. People that came in after me and had scheduled appointments after me were seen before me. Come to find out that the front desk didn’t give me 1 paper to fill out for the mammogram. I’m not sure why that 1 paper had to be complete before the screening!!
