I just loved Toni Jackson. She knows her stuff and has a calming effect on the patient. Good experience!
had a 9:00 appointment and was not seen till 10:20. I had to fast and I'm diabetes so I was just shaking. they were so rude. I will never go there again. I got ear damage from a mri I had there two weeks ago

Waited over an hour for my appt in a crowded small waiting room during Covid. The room had people waiting outside and packed inside. No bags for your clothes, had to carry them around, no restrooms until you got in the back. It was a terrible and scary experience, especially with the social distancing and crowd control not taking place.

The parking at 1111n Dobson is very poor The 6 feet apart is not happening either... There is sooo many people coming in scheduling and check in that there’s no way to keep 6 feet apart. The wait was 30 mins or more for a dexa scan. The people checking you in are working hard and , need another location anywhere that’s the schedule is over whelmed with

2+ hour wait for an X-ray.... and they don’t make appointments for X-rays amd staff is very rude.
Every time I come to this location there is a problem. This last time they double booked, then took in the lady that got here after me. I waited over two hours for my appointment. Very disorganized. Horrible experience every time. I’ll find a different location next time if needed but will never come back to this one.
