Leslie who scheduled my dexa scan was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. She even found a time when my three other images could be done consecutively. Check in was confusing with two lines, but there was clear social distancing, all personnel wore masks and 90% of us clients, also. Matthew, the tech who did my work up was encouraging, thoughtful, efficient. Simon Med #15 is my new favorite facility!

Got right in this time early but with Covid 19 there were a lot of cancellations.i usually have to wait well after the schedule d time
I usually have a very good experience at SimonMed. However, on 3/17/2020 I had a 10:00 am appointment arriving at 9:45 as requested. I did not have a bone scan until 10:55. I felt it was pointless to make an appointment. Once I was receiving the bone scan the technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed about what was occurring and what would occur next.
The staff was fast and efficient..
I always prefer SimonMed and encourage to others. their services are excellent and the staffs are too good. they treat everyone equally. Waiting time also appreciable. They always try to maintain patient's schedule time. Thanks again SimonMed and the staffs.
