I was contacted by Arizona Maintenance Service after I searched for a contractor to fix a concrete wall. Other companies did not want to bid this work when they saw it is not a big job. Lee came to my home, looked at the wall and gave me a fair estimate. I was called in less than a half hour after he left to schedule the work. At this point I am happy with their response and will probably have more work for them as I prepare to sell my house. . .
We used this company to have a ceiling fan installed which was done promptly and without issue. We posted a favorable review for that work. The person who installed it (Patrick) talked up the company and all the things they can do. We always need handyman work so we thought we had found a great resource. A couple of weeks later, we called to have them give us the costs for having a tile back splash put in our kitchen and a bathtub conversion to a walk- in shower. I highly recommend Arizona Maintenance to anyone in need of help with any project you may have in your home. I have used them 4 times now. Every time, I have been blown away with their customer service and quality of workmanship. Fantastic!!
Had a hot water heater fail, called Arizona Maintenance at just after 11:30am, I let them know it looks like it needs to be replaced and I was traveling the next day. They picked up a new one, delivered and installed and left my house before 5:00 that same day...now that's service!!
Arizona Maintenace was there to help! They fixed all of my household needs in a timely and friendly manner. I highly reccomend them for any maintenance issues you may have!
