Patrick did a great job on damaged ceiling dry wall repair
Arizona Maintenance Service was referred to me by a fellow Real Estate Agent. I've had a hard time with recommending handyman services as I generally am disappointed. AMS did not disappoint at all. Joel showed up for what we thought was going to be a one day job, and ended up working for two days to be sure that the job was completed properly and looked his best. We have used Arizona Maintenance Service twice now and they were wonderful both times. We are selling our house and had multiple repairs to do from the inspection report. Lee was able to fix all of the required repairs and we couldn't be happier with the work. The pricing is very reasonable and far more reliable than other independent handymen we have used in the past.
The serviceman arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Performed electrical repair is short order and was polite, efficient and very personable. Will use again!
Arizona Maintenance is the first call I make for my home repairs. Today Patrick installed a built in microwave. He was on time, and did the job right! They have done lighting, microwave, drywall, and even stucco repair. Call them. They can do it.

Patrick Dorsey came and gave us an estimate on installing grab-bars in our two bathrooms. He is very professional, caring and friendly. We have decided to have him do the work. I will give a follow up report once the work is done.

Lee Day did a great job with installing some tile at the top of my stairs and fixing some loose tiles as well. He was on time and even called me when he was in route. I will definately be using Lee again for any home maintenance that I may need.
