Before my trip across the country I had a medical concern to which I felt it was important to have looked at. With limited time I went to this new ER location and was very pleasantly surprised at the efficient service I had experienced. Not only was the front desk receptionist welcoming and concerned but I was called into a room before I could finish filling out the short forms I was given. Easier than going to the hospital ER, the staff kept checking on me making sure I was comfortable. and explained things in a little more detail than going to a regular hospital ER.

I had a health scare on a Saturday afternoon and chose to try Dignity Health Emergency location in Chandler and I am happy I did. The receptionist was kind and helpful despite by inability to communicate accurately. The nursing staff was amazing, efficient, and timely. I was in and out much quicker than I expected. If I ever need emergency services for myself or a family member Dignity Health will be my first choice.

The people who work here are so much more friendly than any urgent care, or medical office I have ever been to. I'd definitely recommend visiting this location for any medical reason; the considerate and kind-hearted staff have an outstanding positive impact on the quality of your visit!

I made a visit to the ER for an x-ray. Team at the front was helpful and friendly. Very short wait to be seen. Nurse and Doctor explained everything. I had a good visit, would recommend.

What a great facility! With friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and all the equipment needed to diagnose emergencies great and small, this will be my first choice.

We were in and out in no time. Everyone was prompt, caring and helpful. The location was clean and comfortable. My husband felt ok to get on a plane the next day thanks to the prompt and caring attention of all of the staff.
