I took my son in with stomach pains. The first nurse and Doctor were great (the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). Apparently shifts changed and no one came in to check on him for a good 30 minutes. We were waiting for the IV to finish to be discharged. When it was finished I let the new nurse know. She said she would be in when she wasn't busy (she was sitting at the desk on the computer). After 20 minutes we asked again and this time she was extremely rude. This place is terrible. Staff can't even draw blood. Don't be fooled into thinking this place is affiliated with Dignity Health. Terrible terrible care
On Thanksgiving while preparing to set the table I cut my little finger while washing a glass, I knew that I needed stitches. I had been to the Er previously and knew I would get good treatment. I walked in and was taken right back and worked on right away. 9 stitches later we were leaving for home and a postponed turkey dinner. Thank you to the Dr & Nurses who were there on Thanksgiving away from their families and taking such good care of me!
The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Next time I will probably not go here again unless it a serious injury. A bit over priced for what you get.
Had to visit the ER in the middle of the night in October and all of the staff was friendly and efficient while taking care of the patient and even made sure I was comfortable while I waited while they took care of the patient. The facility is very clean and organized and while no likes having to go to the emergency room, if you have to, I would reccoment this place.
The people were very friendly and they explain everything to you before they do it. Love that there was no wait.
The staff, nurses, and doctors were amazing at the Chandler location. Our daughter broke her arm and we were in and out very quickly. They even called Phoenix Children for us so that our daughter would be all set with her "real" cast.
